An Insights Workshop for Corporates – Exploring the value of impact funds

This closed-door event will be held under Chatham House Rules, for up to 25 specially selected guests from leading corporations identified as being well placed to contribute to a discussion on the evolving use of impact funds for marketing, compliance and resilient supply chains.

The event will be interactive, enabling space for focused discussions amongst participants to support greater understanding of different impact fund models, and working to identify opportunities for new approaches to support them. In the session we will explore different models that include:    

• Blended Finance fund managed funds focused on thematic areas of strategic interest, e.g., Nature Based Solutions, adaptation, etc.
• Landscape funds – focused on collaborative engagement to drive sustainable development impacts at landscape/seascape or jurisdictional scale.  
• Supply chain focused funds – that focus on impact investing to support greater resilience in the supply chain.

We want to better understand the barriers and drivers that corporates are experiencing in de-risking and improving the resilience of their supply chains, and how these three different types of impact funds can play a role in supporting them to do so.
